2019/20 ABA League teams – Partizan NIS
The black & whites have only one thing on their mind – to take the ABA League crown.

2019/20 Partizan NIS
Partizan NIS is still the club with the most ABA League titles as the Belgrade giant has won six of them so far. But, it's been six years now that the black & whites are without the precious trophy... And that is something they want to change in the following season.
Partizan NIS have formed a very strong team over the summer, with Andrea Trinchieri at the position of the head coach for the second year in a row. It seems that Trinchieri and the club management have done a pretty good job in team selection, as the current squad have scored all seven wins in the 2019/20 preseason. It is worth mentioning that Partizan NIS have defeated EuiroLeague teams such are Maccabi Tel Aviv and Fenerbahce Istanbul in their prep games.
As far as the players from the last season are concerned, there are 8 of them who will still be wearing the black & white jersey. Team captain Novica Veličković, then Rade Zagorac, Ognjen Jaramaz, Marcus Paige, Nikola Janković, Aleksandar Aranitović and two youngsters Dušan Tanasković and Lazar Stefanović have all remained in the team, while 7 newcomers have joined them for the following season including 2018 ABA Playoffs MVP Nemanja Gordić (Budućnost VOLI), then Stefan Birčević (Baskets Bonn), Rashawn Thomas (Dinamo Sassari), Žanis Peiners (Darussafaka), William Mosley (Trieste), Corey Walden (Hapoel Holon) and Artsiom Parakhouski (Rytas Vilnius).
Also, Partizan NIS will play in the new gym in the next season, as they replaced Aleksandar Nikolić Hall with Belgrade Arena. What is interesting is that the black & whites lost the regional throne right in Belgrade Arena back in 2014... Can they reclaim it at the same place?
