Game recap: Partizan NIS have extended their winning streak by beating Igokea at home court in Round 12 of the 2019/20 ABA League regular season. The black & whites are now on a 4-game winning run, while they have the overall score of 9-3 which puts them in the Playoffs zone. On the other side, Igokea are still sharing the last place on the standings with the overall score of 2-10.

Key moment: Partizan NIS have been in front throughout most of the match, but, as much as they have tried they just could not escape on a safe distance for almost three quarters. Igokea even had a chance to take over the lead in the 3^rd quarter, but Dorell Wright missed a 3-point shot at the score of 52:50… And, it turned out that was the last chance for the visitors to take over the lead in this match. Partizan NIS immediately answered back with a crucial 11:3 run to reach a double-digit lead for the first time this evening – 63:53. The home team had no problems keeping that lead in the final quarter.   

Man of the match: Marcus Paige was the man who made the difference today. Partizan NIS shooting guard scored 19 points, including 5 three-pointers (out of 6 attempts).

Can’t trick the stats: Igokea had a lot of problems with injuries ahead of this match, so they arrived in Belgrade with just 10 players, while 8 of them played this game. Their short roster had enough strength to be a worthy opponent to Partizan NIS for almost 30 minutes, but they simply could not do anything more than that.
