Game recap: Koper Primorska have made another major step toward the 2020 ABA Playoffs as they defeated Mega Bemax at home court in Round 18 of the 2019/20 ABA League regular season. The Tigers had a slow start and they were down by 10 points already at the end of the 1^st quarter – 15:25. However, that is when the home team initiated the comeback. Koper Primorska scored 28 points in the 2^nd quarter and they have taken over the lead already until the halftime – 43:42. In a thrilling 2^nd half, the Tigers had more concentration in key moments and they seized this valuable win.

Koper Primorska now have the overall score of 11-7, while Mega Bemax are at 4-14.

Key moments: Mega Bemax were up by 76:75 in the middle of the 4^th quarter. But, then Koper Primorska made the crucial 8:0 run to take over the lead once again and to escape on a safe 7-point distance – 83:76. Mega Bemax tried to make a late comeback and their starting center Marko Simonović made both free throws to reduce the gap to 5 points – 83:78, however then Koper Primorska forward Aleksandar Lazić made the key 3-pointer at the shot-clock buzzer to seal the win for the home team – 86:78.
