Unanimous decisions at the remote clubs’ meeting
At the extremely constructive meeting, the ABA League clubs have unanimously confirmed the platform for all steps, that will secure the stability and further progress of the ABA League.

As soon as possible, during tomorrow’s day (20.11.2020), the ABA League clubs will solve all disputes regarding the ownership structure and business account opening in bank in Zagreb.
At the same time, the clubs have unanimously decided to form a legal team, whose task will be the preparation of all inevitable documents and necessary steps for the transformation of the ABA League from the General Partnership (j.t.d.) into a Limited Liability Company (d.o.o.).
In accordance with the unanimous decision of the clubs, Dragan Bokan will be the President of the company’s Assembly and in coordination with the legal team, composed by Mr. Mihović Granić, Mr. Vanja Mugoša, Mr. Tomislav Šunjka and Mr. Ilija Dražić, he will prepare everything necessary for the ABA League j.t.d. Assembly, that will be held at latest by 15.12.2020 with one item on the agenda – transformation of the ABA League from the General Partenership (j.t.d.) into a Limited Liability Company (d.o.o.).
In the end, all of the ABA League clubs have demonstrated a firm belief that all of the steps agreed on would be undertaken and that this way the stability and progress of all of the competitions under the umbrella of the ABA League would be secured.
