Budućnost VOLI have stayed in the race for the 2020/21 EuroCup Quarter-Finals as they defeated JL Bourg on the road this Wednesday evening. The blue-and-whites had to go through a dramatic ending to grab this huge win, while at the end they also had a bit of luck as JL Bourg player Zack Wright missed a 3-pointer at the 4th quarter buzzer.

Therefore, the last-round game between Budućnost VOLI and Cedevita Olimpija, that is scheduled for next week in Podgorica, will determine which of these two ABA League teams will advance to the next round. Recall that Cedevita Olimpija will defend a 3-point lead from their previous game as the Dragons triumphed in Ljubljana in the first part of the Top 16 stage by 74:71.

Partizan NIS suffered a a major setback in their race for the 2020/21 EuroCup Quarter-Finals as they were defeated by Dolomiti Energia Trento on the road. The black-and-whites still have a chance to reach the next stage, but the 15-point gap from this match has made everything significantly more difficult for the Belgrade troops. The only thing that Partizan NIS know in front the of the last round of the Top 16 stage is that they will need to beat Boulogne Metropolitans 92 and that many things will also depend on the other game in this group between Dolomiti Energia Trento and Lokomotiv Kuban.
