While waiting for the next ABA League round, let's keep our fingers crossed for all regional clubs who are playing in European competitions this week.

Another European week is in front of the ABA League clubs.
Crvena zvezda mts will have an extremely difficult task this week as they are about to face Russian giant CSKA Moscow on the road on Thursday evening. This is not really the best moment for the Belgrade side to go to Moscow as they suffered a pretty painful defeat against Budućnost VOLI in ABA League last weekend, while it should be mentioned that Crvena zvezda mts have never defeated CSKA Moscow on the road in EuroLeague.
Still, Zvezda did manage to beat CSKA Moscow in the 1st part of the season in Belgrade – 86:84.
Budućnost VOLI is the only ABA League team that has qualified for the 2020/21 EuroCup Quarter-Finals, while this week the blue-and-whites will face AS Monaco in the best-of-3 series. The French team will have a home court advantage so the first game will be played in Monte Carlo on Tuesday evening, while in the second match, which is scheduled for Friday, Budućnost VOLI will have to host AS Monaco in Ljubljana because the French citizens aren’t allowed to travel outside the EU.
If each team wins one game, then the third and decisive game will be played in Monte Carlo on Wednesday, March 31.
Igokea have traveled to Spain to face Lenovo Tenerife in Round 4 of the 2020/21 FIBA Champions League Top 16 stage. This is a very important game for Igokea, because if they win it they will stay in the race for the next stage. However if the boys from Laktaši lose the upcoming match then they will find themselves in a very difficult situation because then Igokea might end up with two wins less than Lenovo Tenerife and San Pablo Burgos.
