Cedevita Olimpija in a must-win situation vs. Mega Soccerbet in Ljubljana

In order to advance to the 2020/21 ABA League Playoffs, Cedevita Olimpija will have to beat Mega Soccerbet in Ljubljana in the last round of the regular season and to hope that Igokea will win the match against Mornar in Laktaši.

Story of the game: The final two games of the 2020/21 ABA League regular season will be played at the same time as they will decide who will be the last team to qualify for the Playoffs. Those two games are Cedevita Olimpija – Mega Soccerbet and Igokea – Mornar.

In order to advance to the 2020/21 ABA League Playoffs, Cedevita Olimpija will have to beat Mega Soccerbet in Ljubljana and to hope that Igokea will win the match against Mornar in Laktaši. Therefore, the Dragons are in a must-win situation ahead of this match and they will do everytinhg they can to do their part of the job.

Meanwhile, Mega Soccerbet do not have any pressure in front of this game. The Belgrade side will finish the regular season at the 6th place regardless of the results in the last round, still they will most certainly want to finish the 2020/21 journey with a win.

When we are speaking about the games between Cedevita Olimpija and Mega Soccerbet, we simply have to mention their last duel in Ljubljana as it was one of the best games of the previous season. Cedevita Olimpija won that game in double overtime – 112:102, but only after we witnessed some incredible buzzer-beaters on both ends of the court.
