PRESEASON: Zvezda win the Magenta Cup

What a comeback it was by Crvena zvezda mts, that have grabbed a sweet triumph over Bayern in the Final of the Magenta Cup in Munich! The red and white have been down by 12 points before the last quarter, only to come up with a huge comeback late in the game and grab a win after a game-winner by Luka Mitrović! Mitrović was also, alongside Nikola Kalinić, the top scorer of the red and white, having scored 12 points each.

Borac have hosted Mladost MaxBet at home in Čačak and after a poor defensive performance in the final quarter, when they conceded no less than 29 points, they suffered a 115:109 defeat in this high-scoring encounter. For Borac, Ognjen Čarapić shined, as he scored 26 points. Marko Pecarski had 19 on his record.

Partizan NIS suffered a painful defeat in the final of the Istanball cup in Istanbul against Fenerbahce Beko, as Željko Obradović returned to Istanbul, this time in a role of the visiting side head coach. The hosts were in front throughout the contest and have celebrated a convincing 89:72 win in the end. For Partizan NIS, Zach Leday topped the list of scorers with 15 points and Alen Smailagić followed him with 14.

In their second game against Nymburk in just a few days, Krka have suffered their first defeat against the Czech side. It seemed in the end, that Krka would grab another win this time, as they won the first quarter by no less than 14 points (31:17), but Nymburk had other plans. They cut the gap to 5 points by halftime, to 4 after 30 minutes and afterwards dominated the final quarter to get away with an 85:75 win. For Krka, Rok Stipčević was the most efficient, as he scored 23 points, while Jan Kosi and Andrej Stavrov added 14 points apiece.
