EC: Victories for Budućnost VOLI and Partizan NIS

In the sixth round of the EuroCup season, Budućnost VOLI and Partizan NIS have grabbed victories.

Partizan NIS have grabbed a valuable road win on the road in France, as they have prevailed over Boulogne Metropolitans 92. Afrer they have been down by 5 points after the opening quarter, Partizan NIS took control of the game in the later stages and eventually turned the game around, celebrating the final 89:82 win. For the black and white, Kevin Punter was atop of the scorers’ list with 28 points, while Zach LeDay had 15.

Budućnost VOLI have come up with a big win on the road in Patras, as they have slammed Promitheas with the final score of 89:60, after they have been up throughout the game, ever since they pulled away by 14 points in the opening quarter. For Budućnost VOLI D.J. Seeley led the way ins scoring with 29 points, while Zoran Nikolić added 20.

At home in Stožice Arena, Cedevita Olimpija have suffered a defeat against mighty Virtus Segafredo of Bologna. It has been a tight gam and in the end, Jacob Pullen missed the 3-point shot at the buzzer, that prevented his squad from forcing overtime The final score was 104:101 in favour of the black and white of Bologna. For the Dragons, Yogi Ferrell led the way in scoring with 24 points. Edo Murić and Alen Omić added 18 apiece.
