Crvena zvezda mts were defeated by LDLC ASVEL on the road in Round 22 of the 2021/22 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season.
This is the 3rd consecutive game in this competition that the red-and-whites are losing after a thrilling ending. This time, they had the final ball-possession and a chance to win the game in dying seconds, however Zvezda’s top scorer from tonight’s game Ognjen Dobrić missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer.
The Belgrade troops had many ups and downs in this game, but that can be explained by the fact that this was their 1st game in three weeks as the team had to stop with trainings due to COVID-19 outbreak. Even so, they had a chance to grab a huge away win in France, but that one shot at the end did not end up in the basket.
