The 2022 7Days EuroCup Playoffs stage begins this week with all three AdmiralBet ABA League teams participating in the final stage of this European competition.
Budućnost VOLI, Cedevita Olimpija and Partizan NIS have all qualified for the eight-finals and this week they will try to advance to the next round and move one step closer to winning the precious trophy.
Recall that all stages in the 2022 7Days EuroCup Playoffs (eight-finals, quarter-finals, semi-finals, final) will be played in a single-game format, while it is important to mention that 2 out of our 3 teams will have a home-court advantage at the start of the Playoffs.
Cedevita Olimpija will host Turkish side Turk Telekom on Tuesday evening. The Ljubljana crew have finished the 2021/22 7Days EuroCup regular season stage with 8 wins in a row and they will now try to extend that impressive winning streak and advance to the next round.
Budućnost VOLI will also play their eight-finals game on Tuesday evening, while they will face MoraBanc Andorra on the road. The Podgorica team have had some big problems with injuries lately, but we all hope that some players will recover in time to help the blue-and-whites in this important match.
Partizan NIS will play their game on Wednesday evening, while the black-and-whites will host Turkish side Frutti Extra Bursaspor. Partizan NIS have won the last 3 games in the 2021/22 7Days EuroCup regular season, while Frutti Extra Bursaspor were on a 4-game winning streak in this competition before losing the last game in the regular season against Budućnost VOLI.
We wish all of our teams best of luck in the upcoming games and we hope to see them all advancing to the next stage.
