Đorđe V. Ćurčić signed first professional contract with Borac

They have agreed on a new contract with Đorđe V. Ćurčić, the player that is coming from the youth categories of the Čačak squad. Precisely speaking, a member of the junior team. He has penned the deal, that will keep him with Borac for the next four seasons.

This is the first professional contract for the player from the town by the Morava river. There is no doubt that it is a great honour for the young and extremely talented player, a member of the U18 Serbia National Team.

“It is a great honour for me to have signed the first professional contract, as I turned 18. I cannot express how happy I am to have done it with the club from my hometown, where I had spent all of the youth categories and in the end, reached the senior squad,” Đorđe V. Ćurčić told.

He added that he values the quality of work at the club highly. “I believe that Borac is a great club for the development of the young players. The club is, just as all of the coaches, extremely devoted to every detail, both on court and off it. The way of working in Borac is excellent and that is evident from the achievements of the club, from youth categories all the way to the senior squad. It is my task now to keep working hard and time will show the results,” the Čačak-born player told.

Đorđe V. Ćurčić potpisao prvi profesionalni ugovor sa Borcem

Borac napravio je još jedan dobar potez, a u sklopu priprema za sezonu koja neumitno dolazi.

Novi ugovor sklopljen je sa Đorđem V. Ćurčićem, košarkašem iz mlađih selekcija čačanskog kluba. Preciznije rečeno, članom juniorskog tima. On je stavio svoj potpis na ugovor koji će ga zadržati u Borcu u naredne četiri godine.

Ovaj dokument predstavlja prvi profesionalni ugovor košarkaša iz grada na Moravi. Nema sumnje, to je velika stvar za mladog i veoma talentovanog igrača, inače i člana U18 reprezentacije Srbije.

,,Velika mi je čast što sam potpisao prvi profesionalni ugovor i to već sa 18 godina. Ne mogu dovoljno da naglasim koliko mi je drago što sam svoj prvi ugovor potpisao sa klubom iz rodnog grada, u kome sam prešao sve mlađe kategorije i na kraju stigao do prvog tima“, rekao je Đorđe V. Ćurčić.

Očigledno da mladi košarkaš misli da je Borac najidealnija sredina za njegov košarkaški razvoj.

,,Smatram da je Borac odlična sredina za razvoj mladih igrača. Klub je, kao i svi treneri, veoma posvećen u svakom segment, kako na terenu, tako i van njega. Odlično se radi u Borcu, što može jasno da se vidi i po samim uspesima kluba, od mlađih selekcija do prvog tima. Što se mene lično tiče, jedino što mi preostaje jeste da se trudim i da radim koliko je u mojom moći, a vreme će sve ostalo da pokaže”, kazao je igrač iz Čačka.
