Zadar is the team that made the least roster changes out of all AdmiralBet ABA league teams this summer.

Zadar can be proud on everything they have achieved over the past year. The club has made it to the AdmiralBet ABA League Playoffs after 15 long years, while after that they won the domestic championship.

They have scored some incredible wins along the way, like the one in Belgrade again Crvena zvezda Meridianbet, while on top of that their star player Luka Božić was named the MVP of the 2022/23 AdmiralBet ABA League regular season.

That is why the club decided to keep almost the entire team from the last season, including head coach Danijel Jusup who really did a great job with this squad.

Apart from extending contract with Jusup, Zadar have managed to pen new contracts with all the leading players from the previous season, including Luka Božić, Marko Ramljak, Karlo Žganec, Dario Drežnjak and Adem Mekić who joined the team after the end of the 2022/23 AdmiralBet ABA League campaign.

Therefore, there was no need for some major summer shopping, so Zadar have so far acquired just two new players – Patrik Jambrović from Šibenka and Lovro Mazalin from Cibona.

And, everything is working just right for the Zadar troops so far in the preseason as they are still undefeated in their prep games. This team have so far played 4 games in the ongoing preseason and they have scored 3 wins, while the match against Bosna Meridianbet was finished with a draw – 78:78.

Zadar is ready for the upcoming ABA Super Cup and that they are coming to Podgorica to continue with excellent results.
