Vojvodina advance to the Finals of the 2023/24 NLB ABA League 2 Qualifiers

2023/24 NLB ABA League 2 Qualifiers, Semi-Finals, Game 2, Monday, 25.9.2023:
VOJVODINA - Spars 94:77 (26:13, 23:22, 23:26, 22:16)
Vojvodina will play in the Finals of the 2023/24 NLB ABA League 2 Qualifiers as they eliminated Spars in the semi-final stage.
After winning Game 1 in Sarajevo by 97:81, Vojvodina have prevailed over Spars in Game 2 in Novi Sad as well, this time by 94:77, and with the total score of 191:158 the red-and-white troops advanced to the Finals.
Vojvodina showed in both games that they are much better team than Spars at this moment. This evening in Novi Sad, the home team opened the game with 14:2 run and they have stayed in front all the way until the end.
Boško Bumbić was leading the winning side toward the win with 17 points, while Petar Rakićević and Tyrell Johnson made 13 points each for the red-and-whites.
On the other side, Marquise Moore was the top scorer in Spars team with 18 points.
Vojvodina will play against either Bosna Meridianbet or Ilirija in the Finals. Recall that in the first game Bosna Meridianbet defeated Ilirija in Sarajevo by 83:81, while Game 2 of this semi-final pair will be played on Tuesday, September 26, in Ljubljana.
