EL: Partizan Mozzart Bet get the win against Crvena zvezda Meridianbet in the first derby of the season

Partizan Mozzart Bet got the round 5 win in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague against Crvena zvezda Meridian in the first Belgrade derby of the season. 

Željko Obradović's squad came out the gates on fire, in the first 7 minutes of the first quarter they made a massive 17:2 run, limiting Crvena zvezda Meridianbet to just one made field goal in that period. By the end of the first quarter, Crvena zvezda Meridianbet cut the Partizan Mozzart Bet lead to just 9. In the second quarter, the red-and-whites kept cutting into Partizan's lead, eventually taking a 3-point lead by the halftime break. In the third quarter Crvena zvezda Meridianbet continued building their lead, coming to a 12-point advantage heading into the final 10 minutes of the game. In the last quarter, Partizan Mozzart Bet completed the comeback, highlighted by late-game heroics from Aleksa Avramović who scored 10 crucial points late in the game. 

Aleksa Avramović was the leading scorer from Partizan Mozzart Bet, finishing the night with 14 points, he was followed by Zach LeDay who added 13. Joel Bolomboy led the way for Crvena zvezda Meridianbet scoring 16 points while Shabazz Napier dropped 14.

These two teams will battle it out again on Monday night in round 5 of the AdmiralBet ABA League.
