EL: Crvena zvezda Meridianbet defeated in Piraeus

In the Round 9 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season, Crvena zvezda Meridianbet have suffered their 6th defeat, as they were beaten by Olympiacos on the road in Piraeus.
The Belgrade side have successfully entered the match, being 3 points up after the fist quarter, but the hosts took the initiative in the second quarter, and gained a 1-point lead by the big break.
In the second half, Olympiacos have continued with convincing performance, increased their advantage and led by 11 points with 10 minutes to go. In the final quarter, the squad led from the bench by Ioannis Sfairopoulos just did not manage to turn things around and Olympiacos prevailed 88:83.
For Crvena zvezda Meridianbet, Nemanja Nedović led the way in scoring with 26 points on his record, while Miloš Teodosić had 15.
A day later, Partizan Mozzart Bet will be hosting Alba Berlin at home in Štark Arena, Belgrade.
