EC: Cedevita Olimpija lose in London

Cedevita Olimpija suffered another defeat in the 2023/24 BKT EuroCup regular season as they lost the away game against London Lions in Round 8.

This means that the Dragons are still the only winless team in in Group A as this was their 8^th consecutive defeat.

Cedevita Olimpija had a chance to grab the win tonight, but London Lions player Conor Morgan put on the cape in the final moments of the game and became the hero of the home team. Right at the start of the last minute of the 4^th quarter, Morgan hit the key 3-pointer to put London Lions ahead by 5 points – 94:89, while a moment later he protected his team’s basket by making a block on Shawn Jones to seal the win for the hosts.
