Zadar gets underway with pre-season training!

Zadar started the new season when the team got together to open up preseason training camp. The new faces in the Zadar lockerroom are Renato Serdarušić, Jan Rebec, Mate Kalajžić, and Dominic Gilbert, while Lovro Mazalin and Krševan Klarica are back for another season while Antonio Sikirić has returned from loan. 

Among the newcomers is the young 18-year-old Marat Kos, who signed a contract with the 1+2 club, after the preparations, it will be decided whether he will stay in the juniors or join the senior team. Marko Ramljak and Karlo Žganec, who will join the team on Tuesday, were absent.

On the last two days of August, Zadar will play their first games at the Tomislav Knežević Memorial, later on, the team heads to a tournament in Austria to face off against the National champions of Slovakia, Austria, and Hungary. Finally, they will participate in a tournament in Široki Brijeg on September 13 and 14. The first game in the Admiral ABA league is scheduled for September 20 in Zagreb against Cibona.
