Cibona add Anthony Barber & Peter Jok to their 2024/25 roster and extend contracts with Borna Katanović & Josip Pavković

Cibona announced four more members of their 2024/25 squad.
Those are the two newcomers Anthony Barber and Peter Jok, and the two very talented players that are coming from Cibona academy – Borna Katanović and Josip Pavković.
Anthony Barber is a 30-year-old American point guard who already has a significant experience of playing in Europe as he was a member of Ironi Nahariya, Mitteldeutscher BC, BC Budivelnyk and Porto. He also had a short stint in the NBA as he played 3 games for the Atlanta Hawks, while his previous club was Scarborough Shooting Stars for which he played over the summer.
Peter Jok is a 30-year-old shooting guard who plays for the South Sudan national team. He was a member of the South Sudan squad that had some memorable games this summer, including the Olympics.
Jok has already played in Europe as he played for Cholet Basket and Murcia, while he is coming to Cibona from Ottawa BlackJacks where he finished the previous season.
Borna Katanović and Josip Pavković have both played for U19 Cibona last season in the U19 ABA League Championship. Katanović averaged 16.6 points and 5 rebounds per game, while Pavković averaged 9.6 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.
