EL: Partizan Mozzart Bet beat Crvena zvezda Meridianbet in the Belgrade Derby

The highly anticipated first Belgrade derby of the season took place in Round 11 of the EuroLeague, and Partizan Mozzart Bet won 77:89 against Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet. 

It was a close first quarter, Crvena zvezda Meridianbet opened the game with a quick 5:0 run but Partizan Mozzart Bet responded with a 10:2 run and it was a back-and-forth game for the rest of the first quarter where the red-and-whites held a 21:19 lead. Partizan Mozzart Bet took control of the game in the second quarter where they outscored Crvena zvezda Meridianbet 18:26 and took a 6-point lead into the halftime break. As the game continued Željko Obradović's squad continued to control the lead, they managed to hold on and lock up an important win. 

Carlik Jones was terrific for Partizan Mozzart Bet, scoring a game-high 21 points to go along with 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Filip Petrušev continues to play well for Crvena zvezda Meridianbet, he finished the night with 20 points while grabbing 8 rebounds.
