Zlatibor Mozzart win the double-overtime thriller vs Borac WWIN and advance to the Top 8 stage

Zlatibor Mozzart have qualified for the Top 8 stage of the 2024/25 NLB ABA League 2 season as they defeated Borac WWIN on the road after double overtime!

Zlatibor Mozzart went though a rollercoaster ride in Banja Luka on their way toward this precious win. The 2022 NLB ABA League 2 champions firstly had a double-digit lead already in the opening quarter, then they were down by double digits in the 3^rd quarter, while eventually they missed two huge shots that would have won the match for them much earlier than in overtime 2.

Firstly, Petar Vujačić missed a 3-point shot in the last moments of the 4^th quarter at the score of 75:75, while after that Ivan Smiljanić missed a corner three at the overtime 1 buzzer, at the score of 79:79.

Yet, Zlatibor Mozzart made their 3-point shots in overtime 2. Miloš Glišić and Malcolm Bernard made two key 3-pointers in OT2 to push the visitors toward the victory and toward the Top 8 phase. Check them out.

Zlatibor Mozzart have therefore seized the 2^nd place in Group D.
