Partizan Mozzart Bet has secured a key piece of its roster for the future, announcing that forward Isaac Bonga has signed a contract extension through the 2026–27 season.
The 26-year-old German international made an immediate impact in his first year with the club, helping lead Partizan to the 2024–25 AdmiralBet ABA League title. Known for his defensive versatility and high basketball IQ, Bonga was named the Best Defensive Player of the Season, reinforcing his value on a championship-caliber squad.
Bonga averaged 7.4 points and 4.6 rebounds across 33 ABA League games, playing a vital role on both ends of the court under head coach Željko Obradović. His ability to defend multiple positions and contribute across the stat sheet made him a cornerstone of Partizan’s success.
A former NBA player with stints at the Lakers, Wizards, and Raptors, Bonga also spent time with Bayern Munich before arriving in Belgrade. His decision to extend his stay puts to rest offseason speculation and signals Partizan’s intent to maintain roster continuity while aiming for further titles.
The extension follows the recent arrivals of Jabari Parker and Dylan Osetkowski, as the club continues building a strong foundation for the upcoming season.
