PRESEASON: Mega Superbet lose against University of Indiana in preseason opener

Mega Superbet opened their preseason campaign with a 93:71 defeat against the University of Indiana, despite a dominant first half.

The Belgrade side came out firing, showcasing fluid offense and strong defense to take a commanding 31:15 lead after the first quarter. By halftime, Mega maintained control with a 48:35 advantage, seemingly on course for a morale-boosting win.

However, the second half told a completely different story. The University of Indianacame out of the locker room with renewed energy, storming through the third quarter 32:11 to erase Mega’s lead and take control of the game. The American side didn’t stop there, outscoring Mega Superbet 26:12 in the final period to seal the 22-point victory.

Asim Đulović with 19 points and Lazar Gačić with 15 points were the top scorers in the Pink squad.
