EuroBasket 2025: Slovenia’s EuroBasket Dream Ends in Quarterfinals
Slovenia have ended their EuiroBasket 2025 campaign in the Quarterfinals, as they have suffered a defeat by Germany.

Slovenia will not continue chasing the top of Europe, as the squad, led by the bench by head coach Aleksander Sekulič have suffered a Quarterfinal defeat by Germany.
Slovenia have taken the command of the game in the opening quarter, which they have immediately won by 11 points (21:32) and remained in front ever since until the final quarter, when the German squad took the lead in 32nd minute. In the end, the score has been 99:91 in favour of Germany after a thrilling finish.
For Slovenia, Luka Dončić led the way in scoring with 39 points on his record, while Klemen Prepelič added 13 points.
