It has almost become a tradition to say that Mega Superbet look younger than ever every summer. Yet once again, the famous “Pink troops” have managed to put together one of the youngest rosters in the AdmiralBet ABA League, full of exciting talents ready to prove themselves on the big stage. Coming off another successful season in which they reached the Playoffs, Mega Superbet will aim to repeat that success while also introducing a brand-new generation of mega talents to European basketball.
A New Era on the Bench
The summer brought significant change at the helm. After the departure of Marko Barać, who left his mark with excellent work, the coaching role has been handed to Vule Avdalović. Known as one of the promising young Serbian coaches, Avdalović now has the chance to show his vision and continue Mega’s well-known tradition of developing future stars.
The Leader of the New Wave
The most important news for Mega Superbet is that they managed to keep Bogoljub Marković, last season’s AdmiralBet ABA League Top Prospect. Marković is expected to be the absolute leader of this young roster, carrying the team both on and off the court. His development will be closely followed as he leads the next generation of Mega’s prospects.
Guard Rotation Filled With Potential
At the guard positions, Mega Superbet will count on Savo Drezgić, who joined the team from the University of Georgia late last season, as well as newcomer Vuk Radojičić from Čačak. Alongside them, a wave of super talented guards from Mega’s academy will step up: Vuk Danilović, Andrej Mušicki, Ognjen Srzentić, and Urban Kroflič, all of whom are hungry to earn their spot in the rotation.
Forward Line Led by Marković
In the forward spots, Bogoljub Marković will lead the way, but he will not be alone. A strong group of academy-grown players — Nikola Karalić, Aleksa Milenković, Ognjen Nikolić, Asim Đulović, and Marko Vukčević — will surround him, creating a dynamic and versatile frontcourt filled with energy, length, and raw potential.
Centers Waiting for Their Chance
The center position will also feature promising youngsters who will fight for every minute on the floor. Pavle Bačko, Lazar Gačić, and Abdramane Siby are all waiting for their chance to shine, and Mega’s history of trusting young players suggests they will get opportunities to show their skills throughout the season.
Hungry for Success
Mega Superbet’s recipe remains unchanged: talent, energy, and endless motivation. With Avdalović on the bench, Marković as the leader, and an army of academy-grown youngsters, the Pink troops will once again try to play fearless basketball, surprise stronger opponents and show that their boys are more than ready to compete with some of the best teams in Europe.
