EC: Win for Cedevita Olimpija, defeat for U-BT Cluj-Napoca
In the opening round of the BKT EuroCup Regular Season, Cedevita Olimpija prevailed over Baxi Manresa, while U-BT Cluj-Napoca suffered defeat by Bahcesehir College.

Cedevita Olimpija started their 2025/26 BKT EuroCup campaign successfully, by beating Spanish side Baxi Manresa at home in their Stožice Arena in Ljubljana after being on top for the majority of the playing time. Cedevita Olimpija led by 11 points after the opening quarter, by 15 at halftime and later continued to cruise towards the comfortable win in the end with the final score of 76:69. For Cedevita Olimpija, Aleksej Nikolić had 16 points, while Thomas Kennedy and Nikos Chougkaz had 10 apiece.
In their first game of the 2025/26 BKT EuroCup season, U-BT Cluj-Napoca have hosted Bahcesehir College of Istanbul at home in Cluj-Napoca and suffered a defeat after the visiting side dominated the court in the last quarter. The final score was 98:90 in favour of the Turkish side. For U-BT Cluj-Napoca it has been Daron Russell, that led the way in scoring with 21 points on his record. Molinar added 20.
A day later, Budućnost VOLI will be facing the London Lions on the road in London.
