2025/26 AdmiralBet ABA League Group B Round 5, Saturday, 1 November 2025:
BUDUĆNOST VOLI – ZADAR
Where? Morača Sports Hall, Podgorica
When? 17:30
Story of the game: On Saturday night, Budućnost VOLI will be hosting Zadar at home in their Morača Sports Hall in Podgorica.
It is the game of two squads with Top 8 ambitions, but two of which have very differently entered the 2025/26 AdmiralBet ABA League season. Budućnost VOLI are currently sitting at the top of the standings in the Group B, with a 3:1 record, have only lost against Spartak Office Shoes in the opening round and have afterwards gone on to prevail over Cedevita Olimpija, Bosna BH Telecom and Vienna afterwards.
On the other end, Zadar have started the season with a sensational road win over Crvena zvezda Meridianbet, but afterwards lost 3 games in a row, against Ilirija, Cedevita Olimpija and Spartak Office Shoes.
So it is clear that Budućnost VOLI will be pursuing the win in order to stay atop of the standings, while on the other side, Zadar need to win in order to escape the losing streak and to escape the vicinity of the bottom half of the standings.
It might be a tough task for Zadar, though, as they have only won 3 games against Budućnost VOLI in Podgorica so far in the AdmiralBet ABA League history, while losing 19. How will this new story unfold?
Match-up in focus: Rasheed Sulaimon and Vladimir Mihailović will battle head-to-head in Morača Sports Hall and for sure this is the match-up in focus for this game. While Sulaimon has been leading Budućnost VOLI in scoring with 14.8 points per game made so far this season, Vladimir Mihailović has been averaging 15.3 points per game as Zadar’s second-leading scorer in this season. Who will lead his team to the win this time around? Tune in on Saturday night and find out!
Head-to-head score in ABA: In total 31:13; In Podgorica 19:3.
