EC: Perfect week for AdmiralBet ABA League teams
In the Round 12 of the BKT EuroCup Regular Season all three AdmiralBet ABA League representatives have celebrated victories. Budućnost VOLI prevailed over Turk Telekom Ankara, Cedevita Olimpija over Aris Thessaloniki Betsson and U-BT Cluj-Napoca over Slask Wroclaw.

U-BT Cluj-Napoca achieved their valuable 7th win of the season in the BKT EuroCup and they did it in the most spectacular way possible, after a last-quarter comeback and the narrow win in the end with the final score of 94:92. For the Romanian side, Daron Russell scored 30 points, while Dušan Miletić added 19.
Cedevita Olimpija are on an 8:4 record after 12 rounds, as they have prevailed over Aris Thessaloniki Betsson convincingly for the 2nd time this season, this time with the score of 60:89. Dragons quickly took control of the court and held the lead throughout the game. After the first quarter they were up by 4 points (19:15), and by halftime the by 13 (44:31). In the second half, they increased pressure, and after 6 minutes in the second, doubled the halftime lead to 26 points (59:33) and the rest was a formality. For Cedevita Olimpija, Aleksej Nikolić led the way in scoring with 23 points on his record, while Umoja Gibson added 14 points.
In Group B, Budućnost VOLI have grabbed an important win over Turk Telekom Ankara in the Round 12, climbing to an 8:4 record, meaning that the Podgorica squad remain amongst the most serious contenders for a Top 2 spots in Group B. Budućnost VOLI were behind by 3 points (20:23) after 1st quarter, but turned the game upside-down by the end of the third quarter, when they were ahead by 2 points (64:62). In the remainder of the game, they managed to even increase their advantage and ultimately celebrated a 91:81 win. For Budućnost VOLI, Rasheed Sulaimon scored 25 points, while Nikola Tanasković added 17 points.
