Budućnost VOLI made another huge step toward the next stage of the BKT EuroCup after cruising past NINERS Chemnitz at home, 97:81. With this victory, the Podgorica side improved their overall record to 10-6 and stayed firmly on track in the playoff race.

The key advantage was built in the first half, during which Budućnost VOLI produced an outstanding offensive display and poured in 60 points. Interestingly, despite the explosive start, the hosts actually trailed after the opening quarter, as Chemnitz edged ahead 30:29 by using all of their firepower early on.

However, the second quarter completely changed the flow of the game. Budućnost VOLI maintained the same offensive rhythm, while the visitors were unable to match that intensity again. The blue-and-whites dominated the period with a decisive 31:14 run, opening up a 16-point cushion at halftime (60:44) and firmly taking control of the contest.

In the second half, Budućnost VOLI played with composure and maturity, never allowing Chemnitz to seriously threaten a comeback. By controlling the tempo and continuing to score efficiently, the home team comfortably stayed in front until the final buzzer, sealing a convincing 97:81 win and another confidence-boosting performance on the European stage.
