Marko Radovanović Returns to FMP

KK FMP have strengthened their frontcourt ahead of the decisive stretch of the AdmiralBet ABA League, the Serbian Cup and the Serbian National League season.

The new addition is a familiar face - Marko Radovanović, who has already had two successful spells wearing the FMP jersey. Radovanović has began his professional career in Železnik, where he made his senior debut at a high competitive level before turning 18. It was there that he established himself as a reliable shooter at the power forward position - exactly the kind of profile modern basketball demands.

He later moved to Cedevita Olimpija, where he continued competing in the AdmiralBet ABA League and spent two seasons playing in the EuroCup as well. Unfortunately, a serious injury cut his 2022/23 season short, and the following year he joined Krka.

Radovanović is also the holder of two national team medals. He won bronze at the 2012 U16 European Championship, and two years later captured silver at the European Championship for U18 players.

He started this season with Slovan Bratislava, where he averaged 7.5 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 2 assists per game.

Marko Radovanović ponovo u dresu FMP-a

KK FMP dobio je pojačanje pod obručima za završnicu ABA lige, Kup Srbije i prvenstvo Srbije. To je dobro poznato lice, Marko Radovanović koji je već u dva mandata sa puno uspeha nosio dres FMP-a.

Radovanović je u Železniku i počeo profesionalnu karijeru. Kada je sa nepunih 18 godina i debitovao za seniorski tim na visokom nivou. Tu se profilisao kao pouzdani šuter sa pozicije četiri, nešto što je moderna košarka i tražila. Usledio je prelazak u Cedevitu Olimpiju gde je nastavio sa nastupima u ABA ligi, ali i u Evrokupu dve sezone. Nažalost, teška povreda je okončala prerano njegovu sezonu 2022/23 i sledeće sezone je prešao u ekipu Krke.

Radovanović je i vlasnik dve reprezentativne medalje. Na Evropskom prvenstvu za kadete 2012 godine osvojio je bronzanu medalju, a dve godine kasnije na prvenstvu za igrače do 18 godina srebro. Ovu sezonu započeo je u ekipi Slovana iz Bratislave gde je prosečno beležio 7.5 poena uz 5.4 skoka i dve asistencije.
