EL: Žalgiris stunned Crvena zvezda mts in Belgrade

Crvena zvezda mts suffered their sixth defeat of the EuroLeague season in the 10th round, as Žalgiris were too strong for the red and white in Aleksandar Nikolić Hall.
Zvezda proved their value in the major part of the game, led at half time and were tied with the winning team before the beginnig of the last quarter. However, Žalgiris pumped up the volume in the final period, which they have won with a margin of 9 points and have deservedly celebrated in the end.
The final score was 88:79 in favour of the Lithuanians, while Milko Bjelica was the top scorer for Zvezda with 19 points and Marko Simonović and Nemanja Dangubić added 16.
