After beating Budućnost VOLI and Cedevita, Karpoš Sokoli have scored their 3rd consecutive win at home court. This time the league newcomers defeated Mega Leks in a very close and exciting match.

Game recap: Another one for Karpoš Sokoli! This team have had a very tough start of the season, as they lost 8 games in a row in the 2016/17 campaign, but then the squad from Skopje started making some sensational wins. Karpoš Sokoli outplayed Budućnost VOLI and Cedevita, while today they overpowered the reigning vice-champions of ABA League - Mega Leks. And what is also interesting, they scored all of those 3 wins at home court! So, there is no more doubt, no one will have an easy task against Karpoš Sokoli in Skopje...

Key moments: Two sides were all tied in the last minute - 72:72, while then Dragan Labović made a lay-up and pushed Karpoš Sokoli in front - 74:72. Mega Leks had the ball and a chance to win this game, however Rade Zagorac failed to score a basket. He went inside the paint, but he could not find a good shot-angle between several Karpoš Sokoli players, and the ball eventually ended out of bounds. The refs said that the ball-possession belonged to the home side. There were just couple of seconds left on the clock, while Dominik Mavra got fouled and made one free-throw for the final score - 75:72.

Man of the match: Dragan Labović played  a fantastic match. He put up 28 points for Karpoš Sokoli, including that crucial lay-up in the final minute. His overall index rating was 27.

Can't trick the stats: This time it was the stats of two players that made difference. Dragan Labović with his 28 points and Zoran Vrkić with his 22 points brought this win to the home team.
