Game recap: In a very important battle of Mega Leks and FMP the home side were the ones to come out on top in Pinki Hall. The triumph in Sremska Mitrovica made them exit the relegation zone at the bottom, unlike FMP, that continue to struggle together with Karpoš Sokoli, MZT Skopje Aerodrom and Mornar, which also have only four victories so far in the ABA League and fear from taking the 14th place at the end of the season. Mega Leks prevailed in the last three quarters after a slow start and won the game in the end.

Key moments: The key for the win of Dejan Milojević’s squad was the ending of the second quarter. In 17th minute, the guests were still in front with 33:30, but Mega Leks replied with a 12:4 run, which put them five points ahead before the break. In the second half, they just kept playing well, led by 14 already in 33rd minute (67:54) and grabbed a win in the end, even though FMP threatened to come up with a major comeback in the final minutes.

Man of the match: Alpha Kaba’s dominance was the key to Mega Leks’ stability of the game. The Fenchman had a double double (12 points and 11 rebounds), alongside 3 blocks, 2 steals and an assist. He finished the game with a valuation of 22 and is our man of the match!

Can't trick the stats: Mega Leks were more successful in their field goal shooting and this was crucial in the end. Their 41% from the game (18/40 or 45% for 2 and 9/26 or 35%) was decisive in comparison with FMP’s 35%.
