Game recap: With a fantastic performance of the general on court Filip Čović and even better 3-point shooting night by the whole team, FMP grabbed their sixth win of the season, on the road in Laktaši against Igokea. The team led by Branko Maksimović have done the majority of their work in the opening half, when they were 9/17 from beyond the arc and sticked to their convincing lead until the very end. This is a huge win for the Belgrade side in their battle to avoid relegation, since they are now two wins above the league's very bottom, while Igokea are losing their contact with the playoffs spots, as they are now 3 wins behind the fourth placed Budućnost VOLI.

Key moments: The guests have finished their job by the end of the opening 20 minutes of the game, when they pulled off to a 13-point lead by the break. They opened the game with a 4/4 three pointers and continued in the same fashion. By half-time, Igokea’s 3-pointers were 9/17 and this is what turned the game in their favour.

Igokea managed to make the game interesting midway through the last quarter, when they cut the deficit to two points, but it was too little, too late. FMP quickly pulled away again late in the game and won.

Man of the match: No other name can be chosen to be the man of the match this time. Filip Čović started the game with a 6/6 from the three-point line and finished it with 36 points (9/14 or 64% from beyond the arc), 5 assists, 3 rebounds, 2 steals and a valuation of 42! To make things better, he proved himself to be extremely valuable for the team, as his squad went up by 12 points during 39 minutes that he spent on court.

Take a look at some of the best moments performed by Filip Čović in Laktaši:

Can' trick the stats: FMP were just phenomenal from the three-point line and this is what kept them ahead. They tried their luck from beyond the arc 30 times and scored 15. This was the key to their victory.
