Game recap: Karpoš Sokoli are becoming impossible to beat at their home court of Boris Trajkovski Arena in Skopje. They have proven that once again in the 18th round, when they have cracked the resistance of Cibona in the final minutes of the game and scored their sixth win of the ABA League season, which keeps them away from the very bottom of the standings. Cibosi are the third team from the top five of the league this season, that have fallen in Skopje. For Damir Mulaomerović’s squad, the defeat is a major setback in the battle to reach the ABA League Playoffs, as they are now one win behind currently fourth-placed arch rivals Cedevita, which have one game more yet to be played.

Key moments: With three minutes left in the game, Cibona were still ahead by two points (64:62). However, that’s when Bojan Trajkovski stepped up and scored five consecutive points, while Dragan Zeković and Kendrick Perry added two each for the 9:0 run by the home side over the next two minutes. With the score 71:64 on the scoreboard and only a minute left on the clock it was obvious, that this was the game-winning march by Karpoš Sokoli.

Man of the match: Kendrick Perry continues to steer his team in a perfect fashion this season. This time he led them towards a win with 20 points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds, 4 steals, a block and a valuation of 28. During 38 minutes, which he spent on court his team went up by 6 points, just as many as their advantage in the end counted and he is our man of the match.

Can' trick the stats: The departure of their starting center Ante Žižić is emerging to be a huge problem for Cibona, at least while the new reinforcement Luka Žorić fits into the team perfectly. They were outrebounded by the home side by 31:27 in rebounds and this might have effected the outcome of the game directly.
