Cibona have finished the competition in the Adidas Next Generation Tournament Qualifying Round in the 3rd place in Group B, behind Real Madrid and Real Betis Energia Plus of Seville, but in front of Bayern, which they have beaten a day earlier.

Saturday's programme began with difficulties for Cibona, as they have been beaten toughly by Real Madrid with the score of 103:36. As the result suggests, it has been a completely one-sided affair, where Real have won every single quarter by a double-digit margin. Rudan was the top scorer of Cibona with 9 points, while Branković added 8.

The second game of the day was more pleasant for the Zagreb squad, as they have had realistic chances of overcoming Real Betis Energia Plus Seville, but in the end fell short by only 3 points (72:69). Dino Bistrović was the top scorer with 26 points, while Krešimir Nikić added 20.

On Sunday, Cibona will battle with USK Future Stars Prague for the 5th overall place at the tournament in Coin, Spain.
