The squad led by Dragan Bajić have made the crucial difference in the opening quarter, when they have pulled away to 13 points of margin. The home side of Sarajevo did fight back and cut the deficit to only 6 points by half time, but they lacked the quality and experience to turn the game completely around. Igokea started the second half strongly again and made it a 19-point game before the beginning of the final quarter. The battle for the trophy was over at that point.

The final score was 79:67 in favour of the Aleksandrovac squad and Danilo Šibalić was their top scorer with 17 points, while James Robinson and Vuk Radivojević added 12 points each.

On their way to the final, Igokea have first beaten Zrinjski in the semi-final game at the Final Four Tournament with the convincing score of 95:66.

This is the fifth domestic cup trophy for the squad of Aleksandrovac, after they have taken the domestic cup glory before in the years 2007, 2013, 2015 and 2016.
