In the second round of the Montenegrin National Championship Quarter-finals, Mornar were awarded a 2:0 victory over Ulcinj since the home side did not manage to provide the necessary equipment in the hall for the game and advanced to the Semi-finals.

The reason for the game not being played is the fact that the home side of Ulcinj could not provide the game clock and the 24-second shot clock in the hall, so the only option was to award the second victory of the series to Mornar.

In the other game of the day, Teodo beat Sutjeska on the road in Nikšić and advanced to the semi-finals with 2:0 score in victories after two games played.
