Seven ABA League players enter 2017 NBA Draft early

The NBA announced today 182 players -- 137 players from colleges and 45 international players -- have filed as early entry candidates for the 2017 NBA Draft. Amongst them there are 7 players that played in the ABA League last season.

Players wishing to enter the 2017 NBA Draft were required to submit a letter to the NBA to be received no later than Sunday, April 23. There are seven players that thave revealed their talent this season in the ABA League and now seek confirmation of it from the NBA.

The largest number of them are coming from Mega Leks – Vlatko Čančar, Alpha Kaba and Kostja Mushidi. They are accompanied by Aleksa Ilić of Budućnost VOLI, Lovro Mazalin of Zadar, Boriša Simanić of Crvena zvezda mts and Nik Slavica of Cibona.

Besides the aforementioned ABA League players, Luka Božić of KK Zagreb and Leo Čizmić of Sevilla are the two that have also filed as early entry candidates for the 2017 NBA Draft.
