Cibona lead against Zadar in Croatian Quarter-finals

In the first round of the Croatian National Championship Quarter-finals, Cibona have prevailed over Zadar and have joined Cedevita, Split and Šibenik as the fourth team with a 1:0 advantage in the Quarter-finals of the playoffs of domestic championshi.

In the ABA League clash in the Croatian National Championship Quarter-finals, Cibona have edged out Zadar fully deservedly at home court in Dražen Petrović Arena in Zagreb, as they have taken a 21-point lead already by half time. In the second half, the guest managed to cut the gap, but still haven't gotten closer than the final 14-points of margin (95:81). Luka Žorić was the top scorer of the game with 26 points, while Scottie Reynolds and Željko Šakić have followed him with 19. For Zadar, Mislav Brzoja had 17 and Ivan Marinković 15 points.

In the other game of the night, GKK Šibenik were better than Zagreb with the score of 84:78.

Earlier, Cedevita and Split have taken 1:0 advantage in the series over Jolly JBŠ and Split, respectively.
