The finals in Slovenia extended to four games

In the third game of the Slovenian National Championship Finals, Rogaška bounced back after two victories of Union Olimpija in the opening two rounds and cut the deficit in the series to 2:1 in favour of Ljubljana side. Therefore, there will be at least four games played in the finals in Slovenia.

Union Olimpija were hoping to end their Slovenian National Championship campaign as quickly as possible, by sweeping the finals against Rogaška in 3 games, but as it turned out it was not realistic to happen.

In the third game of the finals, Rogaška bounced used the support of their home fans to enter the game with great desire for the first triumph in the series and bounce back and they have made the series interesting again, as now the score is 2:1 in favour of the green and white of Ljubljana.

The home side this time led by 6 points at half time, but the decisive period of the clash was the third one, which they have won by 10 points and entered the final quarter with a 16-point lead (66:50). In the final one, Olimpija did manage to cut the deficit to single digit, but their performance this time was not enough to get away with a major comeback.

The final score of the game was 82:72 in favour of Rogaška. For Union Olimpija Devin Oliver came out on top as the best scorer with 15 points on his record, while Brandon Jefferson had 13.
