Alimpijević „ABA League is a priority“
Crvena zvezda mts head coach Dušan Alimpijević has pointed out that Crvena zvezda mts is not heading into a new season from the start, but that it will be a new cycle where the young players will represent the core of the team. In this new cycle the priority of the red and white will be reaching the result in the ABA League.

Crvena zvezda mts players have begun the preparations for the 2017/18 season. The renoated team and new coaching staff are beginning the new chapter of the club from Mali Kalemegdan.
As Dušan Alimpijević has pointed out in his statement, this is not a new beginning since Zvezda is a system that has been functioning for years in a way that is bringing trophies and represents a respectable team at the EuroLeague level: “Crvena zvezda does not start from zero, this is not a new beginning, rather a new cycle with young players, that will need time to reach optimal shape. Players are truly in great physical condition for this period of the year.”
Alimpijević does not try to hide the priorities of the reigning ABA League champions in the new season: “Our top priority is ABA League, because of the weight and importance, since it brings EuroLeague participation at stake, then national championship and cup competition.”

Alimpijević: „ABA liga je prioritet’’
Trener Crvene zvezde mts Dušan Alimpijević istakao je da Crvena zvezda mts u novu sezonu ne kreće ispočetka, već započinje novi ciklus u kom će bazu predstavljati mladi igrači. U tom novom ciklusu, prioritet crveno-belih je postizanje rezultata u ABA ligi.
Košarkaši Crvene zvezde mts započeli su pripreme za sezonu 2017/2018. Renovirani tim i novi stručni štab započinju novo poglavlje kluba sa Malog Kalemegdana.
Kako je i trener Dušan Alimpijević istakao u svom izlaganju, ovo nije novi početak jer je Zvezda sistem koji godinama funkcioniše na način koji donosi trofeje i predstavlja respektabilan tim na nivou Evrolige: "Crvena zvezda ne kreće ispočetka, ovo nije nov početak, već nov ciklus sa mladim igračima, kojima će trebati vremena da dosegnu formu. Igrači su zaista u zavidnoj fizičkoj formi za ovaj period godine.“
Alimpijević ne sakriva od javnosti koji je prioritet aktuelnog šampiona ABA lige u novoj sezoni: "Naš prioritet jeste ABA liga, zbog težine i značaja, odnosno plasmana u Evroligu, zatim nacionalno prvenstvo i kup.“
