Game recap: Cibona have tied themselves with Petrol Olimpija in the standings of the ABA League season with one victory after two games played, as they have triumphed over the Ljubljana side at home court in Zagreb in the second round of the ABA League. The Wolves have went in front thanks to their excellent 3-point shooting period in the first half of the game and then successfully controlled the game until the end.

Key moments: Cibona have won the first half of the game with the margin of 6 points and just when the fans have expected reaction from Petrol Olimpija at the beginning of the second half, Cibona went on a new 7:0 run within a minute and a half, which took them on a 59:46 lead. The guests were not able to return back from this blow until the end of the clash.

Man of the match: Perhaps he was not the most efficient in Cibona squad, although he was amongst the best in that category as well, but Marko Tomas for sure deserves to be mentioned as the man of the match, in his first game back at Cibona. He ended the clash against Petrol Olimpija with 18 points (50% for 3), 3 rebounds and just as many assists and a valuation of 21.

Can't trick the stats: Teamwork is what matters – Cibona and Petrol Olimpija players found that out this time. While Cibona had 23 assists, Olimpija players produced only 10 and this is what affected the final outcome of the game.
