Game recap: Zadar fans can be a bit more satisfied with the flow of their favourite team’s season, as Zadar have beaten Igokea at home in Krešimir Ćosić Arena in Zadar in the opening game of the seventh round and will possibly not be left alone at the bottom of the league’s standings after seven rounds. Igokea, on the other hand, remain with three victories from seven games and have lost contact with the very top of the standings at the moment.

Key moments: The key period came between the 24th and 32nd minute, when the guests have scored only two points, which took Zadar from a ten-point deficit (55:45) to a five point lead (62:57). However, perhaps the key moment was the three-pointer of Preston Knowles, which came with five minutes remaining on the clock and that took Zadar up by 7 points (71:64). Igokea have never managed to recover from this blow.

Man of the match: Experienced Ive Ivanov played a fantastic game for Zadar. He had 15 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and just as many steals – enough for the game high valuation for his team, 26. He is our man of the match.

Can't trick the stats: Zadar have outrebounded Igokea 34:28 and that’s what took them in front of the guests in this game.
