Nenad Čanak is the new head coach of Partizan NIS

At the session of the Partizan NIS Board, a new head coach of the senior team was named. Former captain of the black and white and first assistant of last season's head coach Aleksandar Džikić Nenad Čanak was unanimously selected by all 12 board members. His first assistant will be Dejan Mijatović, while Aleksandar Matović will remain the coaching staff member.

At the press conference following his selection the new head coach of the black and white told: „I am extremely happy to be coming back, Partizan NIS is my sporting home. I know very well what the fans are expecting from the team and club in general. I can promise that together with the rest of the coaching staff I will give 100 percent of my energy and knowledge in order to return Partizan NIS where it belongs especially when it comes to performances and behaviour. A tough task is ahead of us, nothing in life is easy, but for sure we will not give up.”

Čanak, who has already led Partizan NIS team when Aleksandar Džikić was absent last season, will make his debut on the bench of MZT Skopje Aerodrom in the 12th round of the ABA League.

Nenad Čanak je novi šef stručnog štaba Partizana NIS

Nenad Čanak je novi prvi trener Partizana NIS. Prvi asistent novog trenera crno-belih biće Dejan Mijatović.

Na sednici Upravnog odbora Partizana NIS, imenovan je novi trener prvog tima. Nekadašnji kapiten crno-belih i prvi asistent u stručnom štabu Aleksandra Džikića prošle sezone, Nenad Čanak, dobio je jednoglasno poverenje svih 12 prisutnih članova UO. Prvi saradnik novog šefa struke je Dejan Mijatović, dok će u štabu ostati i Aleksandar Matović.

Na konferenciji za medije novi trener crno-belih je na predstavljanju izjavio:

"Izuzetno mi drago zbog povratka, Partizan je moja sportska kuća. Jako dobro znam šta navijači očekuju od tima i od kluba. Mogu da obećam da ću sa strućnim štabom dati 100 posto energije i znanja da Partizan vratimo gde mu je mesto pre svega u smislu normi ponašanja i igre. Čeka nas težak posao, ništa u životu nije lako, ali sigurno nećemo odustati", rekao je Čanak koji je sa klubom potpisao ugovor na dve i po godine.

Debi na klupi crno-belih koje je prošle sezone već i predvodio kao prvi trener u odsustvu Aleksandra Džikića, Nenad Čanak će imati u 12. kolu ABA lige protiv MZT Skopje Aerodroma.
