Game recap: Mornar are confidently marching towards their first appearance in the ABA League Playoffs, as they have grabbed their 13th win of this season, by beating Cibona on the road in Zagreb. It did not look like the game would go that way since the very beginning, but after the end of the first quarter Mornar have turned their engines on and triumphed over the Zagreb rivals. Cibona remain one place above the last place in the standings with 7 wins collected so far from the 21 rounds.

Key moments: Mornar were down by 13 points after the first quarter (28:15), as they have begun the game in a bit of a lazy fashion, but they have switched to dead serious mode in the second quarter and completely turned the game around before halftime. They won the second period 31:6 and led by 12 points at the break. In the second half, they continued to play strongly and the win was theirs. Cibona fought back late in the game but it was not enough to make a full comeback.

Man of the match: Brandis Raley-Ross! The excellent Mornar guard led his team to road win with 25 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and a valuation of 32! He is our man of the match.

Can’t trick the stats: Mornar have outrebounded Cibona and that’s where difference emerged. They had 33 rebounds in comparison with 29 of their rivals.
