Zvezda joined Budućnost in the Finals
In the Game 3 of the ABA League Semi-finals, Crvena zvezda mts have beaten Mornar at home in Aleksandar Nikolić Sports Hall in Belgrade and won the series 2:1. The red and white will face Budućnost VOLI in the battle for the trophy in the Finals.

Game recap: Crvena zvezda mts are the second finalists of the ABA League season, as they have beaten Mornar in the decisive game 3 of the Semi-finals series and will therefore join Budućnost VOLI in the series that will decide the name of the ABA League champions for the 2017/18 season. The red and white have turned the flow of the game in their favour already in the first half, when they have gone on a 15-point lead. These will be the fourth consecutive finals berth for Crvena zvezda mts in the regional competition.
Key moments: After a 15-point deficit at the big break, Mornar fought back in the third quarter and cut the gap to only 2 points (58:56) with 3 and a half minutes remaining in the third. However, Zvezda replied with a 10:0 run until the end of the third quarter and have led by 12 before the beginning of the final period (68:56). That was a point from which there was no return for the guests.
Man of the match: Crvena zvezda mts’ rising star Ognjen Dobrić was the one to shine the brightest this time around, as he led the way in scoring for his team with 19 points, while adding 4 rebounds, 2 steals and one assist to his stats, which sums up for the valuation of 23 in less than 26 minutes spent on court. He is rightfully our man of the match.
