Kastrati first came in Ljubljana in 2011 and played also for the teams of youth teams. He will stay with Ljubljana’s Dragons for two more seasons. He joined Petrol Olimpija before the start of the 2017/18 season, after spending 2011/12 in LTH Castings from Skofja Loka, and then wore Krka’s jersey from 2012 until 2017. He won National title twice and won the cup three times with the team from Novo mesto.

Young, 23-year-old Kastrati, has averaged 3.5 points, 1.9 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game in the ABA League last season.

Erjon Kastrati was delighted when he extended his deal with the Dragons: "I am happy for the fact that our cooperation will continue. I feel excellent in Ljubljana and I can’t wait for the season to begin. I will give my best on the court and I hope for the best possible results."
