EC: Partizan NIS defeated by AS Monaco
In the third round of the EuroCup Top 16, Partizan NIS suffered their second defeat of the second stage of this European competition, to AS Monaco at home in Belgade with the score of 72:68.

Partizan NIS will enter the second half of the EuroCup Top 16 stage of the competition with one win out of three games played, as they have suffered a home defeat to AS Monaco in the third round in Aleksandar Nikolić Sports Hall in Belgrade.
The black and white have quickly fallen behind, being down by 8 points (21:13) after 1st quarter and by 14 by halftime (40:26). The second half was therefore more or less only a formality in which the guests have confirmed their advantage and celebrated a final 72:68 win in the end.
For Partizan NIS, Aleksej Nikolić led the way in scoring with 16 points, while Jock Landale added 14.
On Wednesday, Cedevita will travel to Kazan to face Unics in Group H, while Crvena zvezda mts will face Valencia on the road in Group G.
