Needham is back at Mornar
Exactly a year after he ended his first episode with “Pride of Bar”, the naturalized American is coming back to the club, where he played his best season in his career.

The player who just returned to Mornar and who is also a member of Montenegro national team, used to play for Monaco and Rytas last season.
In the 2017/18 season, he averaged 22 points, 5 assists and 5 steals per game with the valuation of 30 and was one of the most deserving players for the great success of Bar club, when they reached the ABA League Semi-finals.
Derek Needham is the third reinforcement and the eighth player, that has signed an agreement with Mornar this summer.
The players, that have extended with the “Pride of Bar” after the end of the season, are Uroš Luković, Nemanja Vranješ, Vukota Pavić, Radoje Vujošević and Marko Mugoša, while the newcomers are domestic internationals – Sead Šehović and Milko Bjelica.

Needham se vratio u Mornar
Godinu nakon sjajnih partija u dresu „Ponosa Bara“, naturalizovani Amerikanac vraća se u klub u kojem je odigurao svoju najbolju sezonu u karijeri.
Novi stari plejmeker Mornara i organizator igre crnogorske reprezentacije, igrao je minule sezone za francuski Monako i litvanski Ritas.
U sezoni 2017/2018, u ABA ligi postizao je prosječno 22 poena, imao 5 asistencija i 5 uhvaćenih lopti po meču uz indeks učinka 30 i bio jedan od najzaslužnijih za plasman Mornara u polufinale ABA Lige!
Derek Nidam je treće pojačanje i osmi igrač koji je ovog ljeta potpisao ugovor sa Mornarom.
Vjernost „Ponosu Bara“ produžili su po završetku sezone Uroš Luković, Nemanja Vranješ, Vukota Pavić, Radoje Vujošević, Marko Mugoša, nakon kojih su uslijedila dva jaka domaća pojačanja - Sead Šehović i Milko Bjelica.
